Summary
All Alaskan salmon are certified as responsibly managed for sustainable use to the Alaska FAO-Based Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM) Certification Programme. The fisheries have all been reassessed through annual surveillance activities and the certification has been upheld, as they have continued to meet FAO Based RFM criteria assessed by Global Trust Certification. The fishery is managed responsibly and the stocks are healthy.
